ODC Galveston Mission Trip 2026 (Northwest)

This trip is a great first mission trip for families. The focus of the trip will be working with a local organization to meet the needs of their community.

This might include:

• Work projects
• Working at a local food bank
• Running VBS or sports camps
• Street camp programs

This is trip is designed to help families understand how to live missionally on a local level. We will spend time educating and understanding how to help individuals that find themselves in difficult places and discussing our role as the church. There will also be intentional times of worship, devotionals, and encouragement with other families and the One Day Closer interns. Your family will be paired with a personal guide to lead you through devotionals and to encourage your children in their walk with Jesus.  We will be staying in a brand new retreat facility. We will plan some fun events like. a family talent show and game night. Finally, on Friday, we will have a free day where we will offer different fun options in the area.
